Delhi-NCR retail leasing jump of 45% in Q1 resurfaces as fashion and F&B drove demand

Malls accounted for 64% of activity, while high streets contributed 36%. The region represented 30% of leasing across the top eight cities, where overall demand fell 10% year-on-year.
