ITC Hotels Q4 profit up 23%; buys Zuri Kerala resort for Rs 205 cr
ITC Hotels posted Q4 net profit of Rs 316 cr on revenue of Rs 1,254 cr (+18.2% YoY). FY26 revenue rose 16% to Rs 4,139 cr with EBITDA up 21%. Signed a record 33 hotels in FY26, taking pipeline to 67 properties. Acquiring Zuri Hotels at EV of Rs 205 cr — its first owned Kerala resort. Targets 250 hotels by 2031.
