Prestige Group and Bengaluru Airport City Limited will co-develop a 1.5 million sq ft integrated convention destination featuring retail, offices and two luxury hotels (Marriott Marquis, St. Regis) with 350+ keys. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, construction begins 2027 with completion targeted for 2031.
