PVR Inox bets on tier-3 with Smart format as FY26 footfalls hit 150 million

PVR Inox posted FY26 revenue of ₹6,743 crore (+16%) with PAT up 5.7% on 150 million footfalls and ATP of ₹280. MD Ajay Bijli is launching low-cost PVR Smart cinemas in Muzaffarpur, Rampur and Barrackpore from July 17 at 30-35% lower price points, alongside 25-28 new screens in FY26.
