Figures from Moneycontrol

Opposition across all shareholders: 77.76 percent
FY26 profit after tax: Rs 46.9 crore
Stores at end of FY26: 263

Why the change matters

With 263 stores and private label at 53% of sales, Baazar Style's growth engine depends on steady merchandising and sourcing leadership, so rivals and suppliers should expect possible execution drift and shifting vendor or landlord terms while the Kedia reappointment and the two director exits remain unresolved.
