Emkay: Two-wheelers, commercial vehicles to outpace passenger cars in FY27 as two-wheeler retail sales jump 33%

Maruti Suzuki India Limited posted 30 per cent year-on-year growth in domestic sales, yet commodity pressures and a limited new-model pipeline in FY27 restrict passenger vehicle pricing flexibility. Medium and heavy commercial vehicle retail sales rose 50 per cent year-on-year.
