IHCL opens 31-key Ginger Guwahati, Aerocity on New Airport Road, adding another Ginger hotel in Assam
Our read
The 31-key Aerocity opening is a routine step in IHCL's Ginger rollout, and the desk expects more Assam and Northeast announcements rather than a change in strategy.
For operators
A 31-key Ginger with Qmin all-day dining, a bar and a meeting room near Guwahati airport shows that compact, food-and-beverage-led midscale formats can serve transit-driven demand, so rival regional operators should check their airport-corridor offer and F&B capture against it.
